Engaging with Our Future Stakeholders: The Next Generation
CMRS Group aims to be a strong advocate in the digital marketing industry, fostering growth and attracting fresh graduates to the field.
DIGITAL FIRST APPROACH
Gen Z is undeniably digital-native. While traditional methods still hold value, we recognize the need to embrace digital marketing strategies for recruitment and employment. In 2019, CMRS Group launched INSTAview(@CMRS2DO), a revolutionary method for recruiting Gen Z interns. The entire process—from job descriptions to applications and interviews—takes place on the Instagram platform.
Through IG, we introduced CMRS Group, detailing our departmental structure and the culture of a digital agency. Job descriptions are presented in a relatable format that resonates with Gen Z, using engaging IG posts. Applications are facilitated through IG Stories, with potential candidates invited for IG interviews.
ENGAGING FUTURE STAKEHOLDERS
To further engage with Gen Z and attract fresh graduates, we initiated 戀戀學院- an IG game encouraging players to use their social media skills and collaboratively learn the intricacies of social media usage.
At each decision crossroads, players must make the right choices to navigate towards a perfect romantic outcome.
In this season, 戀戀學院 2, we harness generative AI to introduce new characters and scenes, making it even more romantic, fun, and exciting. Navigate relationships with our newly AI-generated characters, Hannah and Olivia, with outcomes determined by your choices.
